With input from the town librarians LNA designed the Point Reyes Library, to be built in what had been a Cooperative Creamery. The space with it’s open trusses and skylights provided the perfect space. What was neededwas to transform the space into a comfy home for books and readers. In the children's area bookcases on wheels can be moved out of the way when open space is needed for events. LNA reached out to local artists to provide some special details: hand made tiles, painted furniture for the children, inlaid side tables in the well used reading area.
