Our services are offered  in an environment of collaboration and tailored to meet the unique circumstances of each client. The level of service we provide depends upon the size, complexity and budget of the project, as well as the level of knowledge and involvement of client. 

Consultation At Your Home Or Building: 
We will acquaint you with our past projects, answer questions about our process and fees and learn on-site about the project you are planning to undertake. We'll let you know some of the design options we see. You'll get a good sense of how we work and be able to determine if we are the right fit for you.

If you choose to use us, we will draw up a proposal outlining the scope of the project and our services as well as the fee.

Depending upon your needs our services include:
Programming - Deciding what to build
Schematic Design - Rough Sketches of 2 or 3 possible solutions.
Design Development - Refining the design based on your input. We provide you with elevations, plans and sections in presentation format.
Construction Documents - Drawings and Specifications that are code and accessibility compliant for submittal to your local building department
Permitting - Efficient handling of  getting your project through your  local building department
Help with finding and hiring the Contractor during the Bidding Process
Construction-assistance - We recommend that you use our services  during the construction phase to insure that  your project is completed to your satisfaction
